Your information, in plain words.
We collect only what each form needs, and we use it only for this campaign.
What each form collects
- Petition: your full name, email, ZIP code, and whether you want campaign updates.
- Organization endorsement: your organization’s name, type, website, city, country and logo; the name, title, email and phone of the person endorsing; and an optional quote.
- Survivor letter: your first name, your last name if you choose to show it, how you want your name to appear, and an optional safe email or phone number.
How we use it
We use what you send only for this campaign. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it with anyone outside the campaign except as described here.
If your organization endorses, its name, logo, city and any quote you give may be shown on this website and shared with Nevada lawmakers and the media. Contact details for the person endorsing are never published.
If you sign the survivor letter, your name appears only the way you chose: full name, first name, initials, or not at all. The safe contact you give is never published or shared. Our team uses it only to confirm your signature if needed.
Petition names and emails are not published.
Changing your mind
To withdraw an endorsement, remove your petition signature, or have your name removed from the survivor letter, email info@itstimetoenditnv.com.
Spam protection, tracking and video
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. It checks that a person, not a bot, is filling in the form. We also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address so we can limit repeat submissions. We never store the address itself.
This site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees a standard web request but sets no cookies.
The videos on the home page come from YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play, and then the video plays from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.
